Today I'm cooking this again for me and D, i haven't decided what we shall have with it yet though. Perhaps salmon or tuna, with vegetables. Of course we definitely wont be adding any bacon! Although i imagine it is nice with a little bit of sliced meat in it, even smoked salmon trimmings. If you haven't tried celeriac before then i would certainly say try it, its more delicious than it looks. It reminded me of sweet potato and parsnips. Both yum in my opinion.

This does sound delicious...it's the second potato dish I've seen posted today! I've never tried celeriac before, and the addition of a red chili to this dish is interesting. Maybe I'll give this a try soon. I love potatoes in all forms.
Good Idea! We eat a lot of fish, and this would make a nice side dish.
